We ride the DART train from Mockingbird Station to Park Lane Station. The route takes us through a prime example of urbanism and land use in the city, with both positive aspects and opportunities for improvement.
Park Lane Station offers walkable access to a range of apartment and condo units, and it sits close to NorthPark Center, one of Dallas’ premier shopping destinations. There is also room for improvement. As we explore the area, we talk about ways to improve walkability, public spaces, and transit connections.
